WaLa XR Shirts use proprietary 3D augmented reality technology to give you the most personalized apparel experience possible. When having your WaLa QR code scanned, you will want to make sure that the QR code is visible and mostly flat without too many wrinkles in the apparel item. Make sure to choose the size that fits you best as if you were purchasing a normal apparel item.
When using, you will first scan the QR code using your mobile device camera or application which will bring you to your 3D Animation. Once scanned you will need to allow camera access and align the watermark with the QR code to unlock your 3D Animation.
No, a subscription is not necessary to keep your animation live. Your animation will remain live for the lifetime of the apparel item.
Orders generally take 2-7 business days for fulfillment and do not include shipping. Shipping time via USPS is depending on the shipping method of your choice as follows:
- Flat Rate (Standard) (3-4 business days after fulfillment)
- Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)
- Overnight (1 business day after fulfillment)
All customers get an automatic email sent to them after a purchase is made. If you did not get the email, please check your SPAM folder. You can also find your order information by creating a Customer Account with the same email address used at purchase.
All orders include a USPS tracking number in the shipping confirmation email that you receive, once the order has shipped. Please click the link in the email or go to www.usps.com and enter your tracking number to see where your order currently is in the shipping route. You can also find your order information by logging into or creating a Customer Account with the same email address used at purchase.
In the United States WaLa apparel ships from Charlotte, North Carolina, and Los Angeles, California depending on the closest fulfillment center to the shipping location.
Worldwide fulfillment is also offered from one of WaLA's global printing partners closest to the shipping location.
If you need to change your shipping address and you have not yet gotten a shipping confirmation email, you must fill out a support ticket immediately by clicking HERE!
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Apparel items labeled 'Made in America' or 'Hemp' are sourced from the United States. Eco-Friendly items are sourced from either China or Bangladesh. All other blank product are sourced from the United States, Bangladesh, Honduras, Haiti, Mexico, Thailand, Vietnam or Nicaragua.
My 3D Animation is not showing up correctly or looks distorted.

If you are still having issues and/or the QR code is damaged or misprinted, please fill out a Support Ticket for help. You will need to include a quality photo image of the QR code in question on a flat surface along with the order number within your message which can be found in your Customer Account or with your original purchase email.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted for refund within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. No refunds will be provided for "wrong size orders," so please make sure to purchase the size that fits you best just as if you were purchasing a normal apparel item. Claims deemed an error on WaLa are covered at WaLa's expense.
