To be eligible for a full refund, claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted for refund within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
No refunds will be provided for "wrong size orders," so please make sure to purchase the size that fits you best just as if you were purchasing a normal apparel item.
To request a refund, please fill out a Support Ticket. You will need to include your original order number which can be found in your Customer Account or with your original purchase email within your message.
